General Terms & Conditions

Dhokebaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between dhokebaji and its members ("you" or "user").

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on dhokebaji. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or fabricated details may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Each person may create one account only — one name, one phone number, one device.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential; you may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact dhokebaji Support immediately.
• Dhokebaji may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Dhokebaji accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits.
• Payments made from another person's account will be rejected and may be subject to a delayed refund.
• Dhokebaji does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees may be applied by your payment provider.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact our support team and keep proof of the transaction.

Dhokebaji complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions may be held for review and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Withdrawal Policy

Dhokebaji's withdrawal process is fully transparent and fast. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and the daily maximum is determined by your account tier — BDT 30,000 for standard members and higher for VIP members.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for review in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dhokebaji offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, referral bonus, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read before claiming.

• Claiming a bonus means you accept the terms and conditions attached to it.
• The welcome bonus applies once only, following your first deposit.
• Typically, you are required to wager 20–30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Dhokebaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, dhokebaji will void that round and return the wager.
• Dhokebaji is not liable for any game disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
